James speaks the language of investors, coming from a 20-year capital markets career with leading investment banks Jarden, Deutsche Craigs (New Zealand) and Merrill Lynch (London). In 2018, James moved client-side, working as an investor relations adviser for NZX-listed companies with market capitalisation from NZ$300 million to $3 billion. He is relied upon to formulate and execute strategic investor relations plans at pivotal moments in a company’s life cycle. For PitchDeck, he helps entrepreneurs prepare and pitch for $2 to $10 million capital raises. James has an excellent professional network for market intelligence. Terri manages client activities and ensures timely and high-quality project delivery. She has a unique blend of legal, financial and project management skills acquired through her roles in law, digital communication, fundraising & business partnerships, as well as recent experience in a founder-led technology company. Terri brings critical perspective to everything from issue identification and brand implications to investor perspectives and strategic opportunities. She is up to date with what drives funding decisions, particularly in ESG and climate-related initiatives.

Paul is an expert in strategic communications planning, crisis management, brand building, and reputation management.
